Apprenticeships
Tom Potts
Apprentice Site Manager, Morris Property
“I am already developing new skills that I wouldn’t have done whilst at university. One thing I have learnt is the importance of communication with the teams on site and suppliers as it helps the site run smoother and safer. I’m looking forward to continue learning and developing responsibility.”
Tom is now working with the experienced team on site at Oteley Road, where he will stay until his course ends. Mentored by Site Manager, Pete Allworth, and Contracts Manager, Phil Griffiths, Tom is learning on the job and applying his theoretical knowledge into practical situations.
