Congratulations to our Morris Marvels, Alex Morris, Paul Johnson, Andy Richards, Steve Flavell, Richard Davies, Chris Price, Lyndsey O’Loughlin and Joanna Morris who completed the Royal British Legion Poppy Ride over the weekend. The team cycled distances of 50km, 100km and 152km across beautiful parts of Shropshire.

The group put in an incredible effort and has raised over £2,301 which will provide life-changing support for our Armed Forces community.

Joanna Morris commented: “This is the second year where the Morris Group have undertaken the challenge to raise funds for this worthy cause. The ride on Sunday started poignantly, with the sounding of the last post while we remembered those military personnel who have fought for our country and freedoms. The Morris Marvels all came home safely, possibly a little sunburned, and enjoyed a well-organised event, great mid-ride snacks and a general sense of camaraderie.”
