Morris & Company supports Shropshire Autism Hub
Our CSR team were delighted to donate £250 to the Shropshire Autism Hub, a valuable service provided by A4U for autistic adults over 18 in Shropshire.
The Shropshire Autism Hub serves as a crucial point of contact for individuals both before and after an autism diagnosis, as well as for families, carers, and professionals. Located at Louise House on Roman Road, the service offers impartial advice and information to those in need of a safe space.
Due to the high demand for the Hub’s services, A4U is appealing for donations to ensure the continuation of their vital work. Morris & Company’s donation will directly contribute to supporting the Hub’s operations and helping autistic individuals in Shropshire.
Sabrina Meek, a member of Morris & Company’s CSR team, expressed her pleasure in supporting the Shropshire Autism Hub: “We are delighted to contribute to such a worthwhile cause. The Shropshire Autism Hub provides essential services to the community, and we are proud to be part of their efforts to support autistic adults.”
Fiona Williams, Chief Officer at A4U said: “I am thrilled to receive this donation from Morris and Co, particularly since it was a member of their staff who suggested our service as a worthy recipient. Much of our work comes from personal recommendations, so it is good to know that people consider our service a cause to support.
The current funding climate for charities is difficult, with ever-increasing demand for services but also increasing operational costs, so all contributions that help us to continue to deliver our services for people in Shropshire are very gratefully received.”
