Morris & Company sparkles at St Chad’s Christmas Tree Festival

This year Morris & Company is once again delighted to support St Chad’s Church in its annual Christmas Tree Festival. This magical display of uniquely decorated trees opened its doors on Friday 13th December and will run daily until Thursday 2nd January 2025.

Free to the public, the festival invites visitors to wander amongst a breathtaking forest of trees on the ground and upper gallery, each adorned with creative and imaginative decorations from local businesses. Last year, over 10,000 people enjoyed the festive atmosphere, making the festival a beloved tradition in the Shrewsbury community.

The Christmas Tree Festival also provides a stunning backdrop for a diverse programme of Christmas music, song, and dance throughout December at the church.

“We are pleased to once again support St Chad’s and their wonderful Christmas Tree Festival,” says Katie Morris, Group Marketing Director at Morris & Company. “Each year we try to dress our tree with something personal to our business and this year our delightful polar bear baubles were made by our marketing colleagues, Sam Parker and Paige Eades, who know how much pleasure the bears on the Morris roof bring in the festive season.”

The festival promises to be a highlight of the Christmas season, offering a truly enchanting experience for all ages.

We’ve left complimentary copies of our beautiful ‘150 Year’ books at the base of each tree for visitors to take and enjoy. Additionally, special polar bear postcards, designed by talented local artist Megan Ward, are available for visitors to take home as a memento of their visit.
