Open day to showcase new luxury homes on The Mount
A select development of stylish family homes in one of Shrewsbury’s most sought-after residential locations will be unveiled at an open day on Saturday 17 June.
The 11 four and five bedroom detached houses on The Mount, once the home of Charles Darwin, have been built by leading Shrewsbury developer Morris & Co Homes.
The Beaufort Ridge development open day runs from 10am to 3pm and will showcase the design and craftsmanship of the properties where prices start at £395,000 and rise to £698,950.
Two homes are already under offer and interest from prospective buyers has been strong ahead of the event.
Philippa Bason, sales and marketing co-ordinator for Morris & Co Homes, said: “We’re excited about the open day where we can show what these stunning homes have to offer. They have been designed for modern living with high quality finishes and are set in a highly desirable area that is within walking distance of the town centre.”
The company’s style is for classic exteriors, using the very best of building materials, combined with contemporary interiors. The homes at Beaufort Ridge have open-plan kitchen family rooms with French doors leading to the garden and a log burner in the living room.
